If you encounter an issue that affects multiple products bearing the same design, we may ask for an additional photo (or video) showing all the compromised items together, which helps us verify the issue and prevent future occurrences.

Please be aware that Aiyana Gifts cannot be held responsible and will not provide replacements or refunds for mistakes made by customers regarding size or color selection. In the case of delivery issues, you may choose to request a replacement, subject to an additional charge, or a partial refund. For our direct-to-garment (DTG) products, we allow for a tolerance of 0.5 inches in print placement. Therefore, slight variations in the positioning of the design are not deemed as flaws.
