Fort Collins Police arrested a suspect for burglary and unlawful sexual conduct on Thursday night.

Police responded to a call on Vivian Court in south Fort Collins when a male suspect forced entry into a home and touched a woman in bed. The victim fought back and the suspect fled on foot, according to a FCPS news release.

Officers took 31-year-old Luis Partida-Perez into custody nearby and he was arrested on charges of Unlawful Sexual Contact (class 1 misdemeanor) and Second Degree Burglary (class 3 felony).

Police believe there may be other victims. Anyone with information on this or other unreported incidents are asked to contact detective Dollie Knab at 970-416-2195. People who wish to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at 970-221-6868 or stopcriminals.org.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court. Arrests and charges are merely accusations by law enforcement until, and unless, a suspect is convicted of a crime.
