Mounds of snow are still hanging around across town from the 16 inch snowfall earlier this week, but warmer weather is on the horizon.
The strong winds will also calm down Sunday as the sun comes back out. Monday and Tuesday will be mostly sunny with highs near 47, according to the National Weather Service.
The temperature is expected to stay in the mid 40’s and either partly or mostly sunny during the day for the rest of the week, with nighttime temperatures in the mid 20’s.
There is a slight chance of snow showers Wednesday night after 11 p.m., according to NWS.
